I know the guy the Raiders are hiring as a head coach.  His wife used to teach with my wife when he was an assistant in Atlanta a few years ago.  Huge surprise and a weird story to see on ESPN last night near the end of the basketball game last night.  He's worked on some good staffs.  He's only 39, so this could be a make or break thing for him.
