Posts: 3360 01/02/12 8:32	I have a great idea! Murrary has been killing them all day, but lets run the ball up the middle on third down and let them get the ball back. If they had no time outs left I could understand the call. How many of us knew that MSU would take the ball down the field and score to tie it up! I know that I did! I told my wife after second down that we would run up the middle then punt and they would score. How do I know that and CMR and Bobo didnt? Fire them all!!!!!!!

Posts: 764 01/03/12 12:15	I agree. Bobo was mostly at fault, but its CMR's team. I did not however like the intermediate passes we gave up. they kill us. I like having CMR, but Bobo has to go! Our offense sucked, except for the big plays. I also heard a rumor that in the first half, the O line refused to block for IC. Trying to make a point, I heard. If we get mike davis, IC can leave. He was hurt...once again. This loss all breaks down to coaching. They had it, we didn't after the half.

Who the FUCK tries to run out the goddamned clock early in the 4th fucking quarter?!?! BOBO/RICHT, that's who. Jesus we suck. While we're at it, we need a real fucking S&C coach.

No matter what the score is, you have to find a way to get some damn first downs. They had good rythym in the first quarter, then they decide to go back to the run. Run after run with no damn progress. Hey, let's run the ball again for a loss of 2 after that fucking result. I was ready to smash something, but I restrained myself. I knew Blair fucking Walsh was going to miss that damn field goal too. Too bad he's now the leading scorer in SEC and UGA history. He doesn't deserve that record after this season, but one thing's for sure, that record is made to be broken by another kicker working under Field Goal Jesus.

Posts: 25 01/04/12 1:14	I've said it a million times... Richt still hasn't learned that the "FSU" style game doesn't work in the SEC. When he was at FSU, against most ACC teams (Duke, Wake, NC State, etc...), that crap play calling worked because FSU simply had superior talent (strength and speed). They only played 2 - 3 real games a year (Miami, Florida and maybe some OOC team) and most of the time he split against them. He didn't really have to game plan much, and it was pretty simple as again they simply out-ran, or ran over, the defense. Fast forward to Georgia which has good talent (equal but not better, man for man, then the top tier teams), and we can't get it done. You have to be able to run the ball with a few big, ugly O-lineman, and you have to be able to stop the run to put games away. After 10 years, he still has not learned that finesse doesn't work when the game is on the line, you gotta get a little "nasty" in the trenches. The sign of a good coach is taking inferior talent into a game and somehow figuring out a way to win it. When have we done that the past 10 years?? Certainly not recently. Sorry for the ramble, but I am sick of watching the same shit year after year. And now that he won the "East", he won't fire Bobo, and we are in for at least 1 more year of bed-wetting.

Probably some shit about how great of a season it was. Hey, at least we were SEC East Champs! I really wish we had a shot now and again, and I know it's a hard thing to do, but it would be nice to have a shot. Games like this one (with our level of talent, experience, and heralded-by-many coaching staff) don't give me much hope that we'll ever have a shot. Games like the Auburn game give me a glimpse and some hope, but they tear it back down with a bowl, come-from-behind loss in OT to Michigan State. The thing that gets me the most is that I'm sick of the Gators, the Auburn (insert mascot here), the Crimson Tide fans all around Atlanta (and the Tech fans that are only fans 12 or 13 days a year), but at the end of the day, it's just a bunch of kids/young men playing a game for our entertainment. The only reason I get so emotional about these games is because of all of those aformentioned assholes that surround me every day of my damn life and the idea that I have to see them again on Monday. Just once or twice in my life, I'd like to be able to say, WE are the best team in the nation. Did I really have any part in that? Well, you know what, I fucking did. I gave money that put fuel in the plane that flew our coach to some east bumble South Carolina town to recruit that kid that caught the winning touchdown. I gave money that paid for that football player's room and board. I donated money that contrubuted to the salaries to put a roof over that head coach's family, and fed the offensive coordinator's half dozen children. If I'm part of a team that can't get the job done year after year with more or as much emotion than these asshats from Auburn or Alabama have been able to do, I think I'm allowed to be a little frustrated. I guess you have to cheat to win, and we won't do that, so we won't ever win. I'm especially down because I have to do what every Georgia fan does year after year. I have to think about next year. With a win over Michigan State, we could have finished near or in the top 10. We would have likely started inside the top 10 next season. We would have been in prime position to climb into the top 2 with an undefeated season despite the schedule that most people think is way too easy. But now, I can't help but think it will be more of the same for us. Even if we go undefeated, there will still be Alabama and LSU duking it out for the favor of ESPN.
