I hope he is not telling us that Murray is not ready by saying he hopes the fans are nice.  I hope they are nice too even if Murray does not look good.  What I really hope is that it doesn't come to that and Murray, and the rest of the team for that matter, is ready to go.

I don't know what to think anymore.  Earlier in August, he was saying shit like "we have all of the right tools" and talking about how excited he was.  I was thinking then that he was setting himself up for failure (and a hot seat sooner rather than later).

He may be sand bagging here, or expecting AM to throw a couple of interceptions or something.  In the end, if the D can take some pressure off of the Offense to produce, and we win games by a score of 10-7 or something (after this week) then I don't care, but if the O line is as good as they should be and Ealy and King provide each other with fresh legs, and the leadership of Chapas in the backfield, we should have a productive run game that will take some of the pressure off of Murray. 

I find it really interesting that with a freshman QB at Georgia, there's a lot of questions about how he will perform, even though he was a stud and highly recruited.  Meanwhile, down at FU, they have the same situation, but this kid is the second coming and they're all confident.  I guess we (and the press) have caught a touch of Munsonitis.
