On the AJ Green and the Miami agent situation? I have read a good bit about it, and that he may not play this weekend because the NCAA is dragging ass in saying what to do. Are any of you hearing anything else about it?

The only thing that has me worried about that situation is how the NCAA finally ruled on Misoli Tuesday, and they haven't ruled on those kids at North Carolina and South Carolina yet. If they are waiting until the last minute to, whether or not we have a chance to appeal, A.J. won't play this week.
He initially stated that he wasn't there, and he's said recently that he doesn't think there's any reason to believe that he won't play this week. Richt is being sort of ambigious about it, maybe like the black jersey thing a few years ago...I don't know. Maybe they're just really trying to do the right thing by the NCAA. I'll be glad when this season kicks off. |

What do you think about this?
I tend to think that UGA knows more than what they are saying publicly because the NCAA told them not to talk about it. I don't think that CMR and company would be dumb enough to risk a game or more if there was truly some suspicion that there was a violation by Green or any other player. |
