I make this all the time. It kicks ass!!!
6 Hard Boiled Eggs(I just put them in cold water and bring them to a slow Boil for 14 mins)
1/4 Real Mayo
1/2 Teaspoon of dry Mustard (this is the key)
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
4 Slices of Bacon Cooked Crispy and crumbled.
Cut eggs lengthwise into halves, place yolks in with the rest of the ingredients, mix Well, no lumps and stuff halves. You can cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or so. You can top the stuffed egg with a green olive slice or dash of paprika.
