That's a tough one. I think he should retire. The liklihood that he'll be able to play again without a huge risk to his well being has to come into play at some point. It's not like a knee or a hand or a wrist or an elbow. It's his freaking neck and his spinal chord. You can always have those other things replaced or repaired to some limited use at least.

I think that he'll probabaly sign with some other team under the condition of a physical, which he probaly won't pass, so he'll end up in a booth or more likely as a QB coach somewhere, then later an OC. Tennessee would be a likely candidate to bring him in to coaching if someone from the NFL doesn't pick him up.
