I can't put my finger on what is going on with this team. I don't remember seeing a UGA basketball team play like this, where they have a lead, or are close to it, then go on a long scoring drought. I think Fox is a good coach and I really like him. I just don't know that we have the tools on this team to be successful. The problem is, without success, we don't get recruits, without recruits, we won't have success. It's a vicious cycle that has plagued UGA basketball for years. We have a couple of guys on the team that show promise, and my hopes weren't very high at the start of this season based on what I saw early on. I still think we we win only one or two more SEC games and get bounced in the first round of the SEC tournament. Some of these games are going to get ugly, but I'm not going to turn my back on Fox yet because he did lose his top two scorers and top two rebounders last season, and they weren't his recruits. This is legitimately a rebuilding year.

Felton (really the Harrick debaucle) set this program back 10-15 years. We need to look at some JuCo options and hope we can get someone to transfer in to flesh out the bench some because our depth is miserable. The teams at the top of the SEC have ridiculous depth, essentially able to field two teams of equal talent at any point during a game whereas we go to our bench and it's like putting in high school players.
