Brunch was always the creole egg rolls for starters, then the steak and eggs over easy. If was treating a girl to dinner, then it was either the carpetbagger steak, the fried shrimp, or the lobster tails, oyster on the half-shell for appetizer's of course. We don't collect sales tax in my business because all the clients essentially re-sell our stuff to their smaller subsidiaries.  Probably a good thing.  If we got in a jam, it would be very tempting to put that money in play.
