I'll be damned if they haven't upgraded those things. Now you don't need an envelope. You stick a stack of checks in the thing. It scans and reads them, pulls the amount off, and calculates the deposit. Then, it prints the damn receipt with a picture of the checks on there. Fucking amazing.

I don't deposit many checks. Get a couple of dividends from a former employer's stock grants, and some other random shit like that, so I don't know how long that's been going on, but I thought it was pretty awesome.

Changed my racing lineup so I could come back from the basement and whoop some ass this week.
